The Together Plan charity gives agency back to neglected (Jewish) communities and empowers individuals across the former Soviet Union and eastern Europe, the UK and around the world. Our innovative approach amplifies ignored voices by creating international, inter-generational and interdenominational connections. We help to repair the residual damage caused by the legacy of trauma and communism, building community and strong civil society.
